The Structure:
Reinforced Cement Concrete framed structure with either footings or combined footings as per requirement.

External Finish:
Predominantly an exposed aggregate cum plastered finish in combination with some exposed concrete surfaces and some treated panels in keeping with the facade detail of the existing building.

Flooring:
Flooring in the high traffic areas like corridors, staircases, canteen etc shall be in combinations of stone (chiefly Kota stone), in-situ terrazzo floors in white / grey cement in combination with stones shall be provided elsewhere. Toilet floors shall be provided in durable marble.

Internal Finish:
Ceilings shall be finished in white wash or dry distemper (white), Walls plastered smooth and finished in oil bound distemper, generally, and at specific locations in plastic emulsion paint. Walls of toilet in glazed ceramic tiles.

Services:
White porcelain fixtures and chrome-finished fittings shall be used. G.I. Pipes of quality equivalent to TATA 'B' class and good quality C.I pipes shall be used for the disposal lines. Good quality copper conductors & cables and deluxe fittings shall be used.
